    DEAD APPLE TOURS assumes no liability or responsibility for property, delay, or expense arising from or caused by weather conditions, acts of God, war, accident, government restrictions or regulations, from an act or omission of any individual, traffic, road conditions, mechanical problems, or any other cause or condition beyond its control.

    DEAD APLLE TOURS reserves the right to cancel or change any tour, advertised schedule, or route without notice and assumes no liability or responsibility for any conditions beyond its control that may interrupt or cancel any tour or strand individuals on the tour vehicle. Fares are subject to change without notice. DEAD APPLE TOURS is not liable for lost, stolen or destroyed tickets. Tickets are non-refundable. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Tour Policies

    DEAD APPLE TOURS reserves the right to refuse to transport or retain any person as a member of the tour. If you witness any disorderly conduct or suspect any problem with any fellow passenger during the tour, please notify your tour guide.

    Smoking is prohibited in the tour vehicle at all times.

    No audio or video recording of any part of the tour, with exception of the actual tour sites, is permitted.

    A person of at least 18 years of age or older must accompany any person under the age of 13, at all times.
